We hiked a short way today through our local Forest Ecology Preserve to see the waterfall there.
After yesterday's rain, I expected it to be gushing. It was flowing nicely, but it was not to the extent I had hoped.
While standing at the lookout point we read the information posted on one of the signs that also pictured numerous waterfalls, including Niagara Falls.
Jack quickly reminded me that I once said we would visit there someday.
Both children need to be older before we make this trip in order to appreciate not only the beauty and majesty, but also the joy of the drenching that comes along with a visit to Niagara Falls.
